is a mother of three teenagers (UNC, U Missouri (Mizzou), East Chapel Hill High) and has been married for 25 years to her husband, Joe. She has a law degree, a Master of Divinity, and is ordained in the United Church of Christ. Kathryn has worked as a chaplain in a hospital, health care setting and was a solo pastor for a number of years in a retirement community. Attending Duke Divinity School has been a dream of hers for a very long time.
