is a student pursuing a Certificate in Theology and Healthcare at the Duke Divinity School and is a medical student at Duke University School of Medicine between her third and fourth years. Jordan majored in Chemical Engineering at the University of Kansas – Rock Chalk Jayhawk! Since starting medical school, she has loved exploring various clinical specialties and the ins and outs of medical education. She considers herself a servant of people and is always eager to learn more that will enable her to serve others in a more compassionate and effective way. Her clinical interests are in internal medicine and psychiatry, with specific interest in palliative and end-of-life care. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Jordan is an avid fan of Kansas City Chiefs football and Kansas City Royals baseball. In her spare time, she enjoys running (currently training for her second half marathon!), crafting, hiking, traveling, and playing with her two cats. She is also a firm believer in the superiority of Kansas City barbecue – a controversial opinion here in North Carolina.
