is an acute care surgeon and Assistant Professor with the Florida State University College of Medicine. His practice focuses on trauma, emergency general surgery, and surgical intensive care. He has a particular clinical interest in surgical palliative care and ethics. Away from the hospital, John enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is an avid baseball fan and overly-invested little league coach. John sees the CTHC program as an excellent opportunity to develop community and strengthen his fundamental vocation to the practice of medicine.
