Harrison Hines, 2015-2016
is in his final year of study in pursuing a Masters in Theological Studies. As a TMC Fellow, his academic interests concern the theological impetus and practical ability of the church to be involved in healthcare provision as well as exploring how a theological understanding of the limits and ends of medical treatment can influence medical approaches to disease and dying. He is currently exploring the intersections of surgery and theology with a view of potentially practicing oncology or surgical oncology. He is also clinical student at Stanford University School of Medicine, and he will return there to finish his M.D. degree after completing divinity school.
