is a second year MTS student within the TMC fellowship and a medical student at the UNC School of Medicine. He studied Classics in undergraduate, focusing on death and dying in Ancient Greek medicine. Between college and medical school, he worked at a faith based community health center in Chicago, Lawndale Christian Health Center, which opened his eyes to the intertwining of Christian faith and medical practice. Within the TMC, Calvin is most interested in questions surrounding Christian ethics, death, and historical theology. He ultimately plans to enter hospice and palliative medicine and work in the academic world to pursue medical practice, teaching, and further work in theology and medicine.
