TMC Seminar: “The Art of Dying: A Meditation on Bodily Finitude,” Lydia Dugdale, MD **Location Change to 4030 Trent Semans Center**

Lydia Dugdale, MD, MAR (ethics) is Associate Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. She has recently been tasked with building and directing a center for clinical medical ethics within the Department of Internal Medicine. A practicing internist, Dugdale’s scholarship focuses on end-of-life issues, medical ethics, and the doctor-patient relationship. She edited Dying in the Twenty-First Century (MIT Press, 2015) and is author of the forthcoming The Lost Art of Dying Well (HarperOne, 2020).
